設問はこちら。
Do you think
there should be
more spoken

as discussion and
presentation, in

in Japan?
Why or why not?

今回は賛成の立場で
作ってみました。
I think there should
be more spoken
communication in
Japanese in high
school classes in
Japan. First, it is
indispensable for
students to obtain
the skills to compose
a logical passage
or make a clear
explanation in
Japanese as well
as in English. In
my opinion, only
when students learn
to think and express
in a systematic way
in Japanese can they
do well in the real
world after they
graduate. They will
surely be able to
discuss efficiently.
Second, students
will have to gather
data and information
necessary before
they speak in public.
Without data and
information, their
presentation will
be very poor.
Students can be
more fully informed
if they voluntarily
look up what they
need in books and
the Internet than
taught by teachers.
